Each Designer at Bits2Kits retains and reserves the right to modify, update and change their Terms of Use (TOU) for all digital designs at any time with or without notice. It is the customer's responsibility to check for updates and changes to the Terms of Use.
Copyright of all of the graphic images created by the Designers for sale at Bits2Kits, including any images and free items, are retained by the original creator. Neither Bits2Kits or any of the owners/management team are responsible for copyright violation. All graphic images are copyrighted by the Designer with all rights reserved.
Limited Liability:
Designers and/or Bits2Kits shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of these items. Although we do our best to ensure virus-free files, Bits2kits.com cannot guarantee that all files available for download are free from virus. It is the customer's responsibility to scan files and protect their computer and equipment. Bits2Kits is not responsible for damage to your computer, files, or electronic equipment, resulting from the use of our website or services. Bits2Kits is not liable for any damages, including loss of revenue, from such damage.
Copyright is the sole responsibility of individual designers. If any legal action arises out of copyright infringement, Bits2Kits and/or its owners/management team shall be indemnified and held harmless of any and all costs or damages that it's Designer's or agents incur.
Copyright Policy:
All copyrights to elements, graphics, and kits within this site are retained by the original creator. All graphic images are copyrighted the Designer with all rights reserved. Graphic images are for personal use only, unless otherwise stated in the product's Terms of Use.
Unauthorized Use:
It is illegal to reproduce or distribute copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright owner. Accessing the images and text provided within these products does not give you any right to use them without the permission of the Copyright owner. All materials created by the Designer, including but not limited to images and text, are protected by copyright under United States copyright laws, international conventions, and other copyright laws. You cannot use the Content except as specified herein. You agree to follow all instructions within these terms and are limited in the way you may use the content.
Delivery of purchased goods:
All items you purchase are digital downloads, you will be supplied personal links that can be downloaded 3 times over 7 days for each file. When the 3 downloads or 7 days is reached the file will expire. No physical item will be shipped out. If you have problems downloading please get in touch so that we can remedy it for you.
Refunds:
Due to the nature of the product refunds will not be issued, this is in line will all media retailers, selling not only digital downloads but also video, music and software cds/dvds. A like for like replacement will be issued in the rare case of a faulty item.
